in-home and in-school services

We provide individual treatment session that are engaging, fun, and tailored to each child’s unique profile. Each session is conducted within the comfort and convenience of the child’s natural environment (at home, at school, or in the community) to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.

Intervention services can address the following:

How can these interventions help my child?

The interventions and goals we work on improve children’s skills in regards to play, self-care, social participation, and learning. The goal of occupational therapy is FUN and FUNCTION!

Getting started at awaken

  • 1. Initial consult

    Chat with us about your child, what brought you to APT and any concerns you may have

  • 2. Schedule evaluation

    We’ll schedule a formal evaluation to determine needs

  • 3. Complete paperwork

    All required documentation will be sent to you via patient portal

  • 4. scheduling session

    If OT is recommended your child will be scheduled
